- Local-First Interactive State: The Cozy Vibes counter on our homepage is stored strictly in your own browser's
localStorage. - End-to-End Encryption (E2EE): Voice journals in OurCozyTape are encrypted on your device before ever touching the cloud.

2. Website Hosting (tritscha.com)
This website (tritscha.com) is compiled as a 100% static site and hosted via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.).
- Zero Tracking Cookies & Profiling: We use zero tracking cookies, zero advertising pixels, and zero third-party analytics profiling.
- Technical Edge Delivery Logs: When you access
tritscha.com, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection metadata (such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and User-Agent header) solely to deliver the static HTML/CSS assets and defend against DDoS or malicious traffic (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation). - Local Browser Storage: Clicking the playful “Send Cozy Vibes” button saves your count locally in your device's
localStorage(key:tritscha_cozy_vibes). This value never leaves your browser.
3. Email Communication
When you contact us by email at @tritscha.com (e.g., [email protected]), your message and email address are processed via Cloudflare Email Routing and Resend (EU Region: eu-central-1, Frankfurt) strictly to receive and reply to your support or business inquiries (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never add support inquiries to marketing mailing lists without explicit consent.
4. App-Specific Privacy (OurCozyTape Summary)
For users of our mobile application OurCozyTape (iOS & Android):
- End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Voice Recordings: All voice recordings and cassette journal entries created in OurCozyTape are End-to-End Encrypted directly on the user's device prior to cloud transit and storage via Supabase. Neither tritscha nor any cloud infrastructure provider holds the decryption keys required to listen to your voice tapes.
- Full Deletion & Export Rights: Users can permanently delete individual voice tapes, unpair shared cassette decks, or delete their entire account and encrypted cloud data directly inside the app at any time.
5. Your Rights under GDPR (Art. 15–21 DSGVO)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO), you retain full statutory rights over your personal data, including:
